• Delivery - Same day delivery when our customer needs their product now. They say it is cost prohibitive, we say it builds loyalty.  Next day free delivery to any location in the U.S. with a 99% fill rate, guaranteed.  You will never wait weeks or days for any product.  We would rather purchase product at a higher price and keep you completely satisfied rather than back order any product and make you wait.  They say it is cost prohibitive, we say it builds trust. 
• Minimums – There is no minimum order required.  Free same day or next day delivery regardless of amount or weight of order.  They say you need to charge for small orders, we say it builds customer comfort.
• Free Installation – Any product purchased through us carries a free installation regardless of size or dollar amount of order.  They say there should be an extra charge for installation, we say it builds confidence.
• Returns - Our Company will credit or replace any and all returns.  No restocking charge, no original invoice or date required.  They say you cannot accept returns back after a certain time, and we say it builds assurance.
• Replenish your stock – We can set up a system to come in and take inventory, replenish and restock it for you, and invoice you when required.  They say let the customer do the work and we say it builds our strong partnership.
