We will accept most returned items in our printed catalog for full credit within 30 days of the invoice date.  Items must be returned unused and with original packaging. We know this isn't always possible and we always do our best to give full credit if the item is returned within the 30 day period.  Defective items can be replaced beyond the 30 day period upon approval and availability.  A re-stocking charge may be assessed. Damages or Shortages must be reported within 5 business days after receipt of delivery.  Claims will not be honored after 5 days of delivery. Items that cannot not be credited: Electronic items, software, installed items, special orders, custom items, items without packaging, food and beverages, items not purchased from us, items not in our current year printed catalog and items returned past 30 days of the invoice date.
